Leah Riddell (she/her)
Coaching | Retreat Host
Leah Riddell, co-founder of TLC and owner of Origins Counseling and Wellness, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in NC, SC, VT, and FL.
With a deep understanding of therapists’ challenges, Leah is dedicated to providing practical solutions and a supportive community. Her passion for supporting therapists and her professional expertise fuel her commitment to empowering therapists to become more effective, successful, and balanced in their professional lives.
Leah provides coaching services related to group practice building, switching from 1099 to W2 model, incorporating interns into your private or group practice, and general practice startup advice.
Lindley Cherry (she/her)
Coaching | Continuing Education | Practice Consultant
Lindley Cherry, co-founder of TLC and owner of C&C Betterworks, is a therapist specializing in clinical counseling.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) and Certified Clinical Supervisor in NC. Lindley brings extensive expertise to her work. Her deep understanding of therapists’ challenges fuels her dedication to offering practical solutions and fostering a supportive community.
Lindley provides continuing education training on neurodivergence, and often consults with and trains group practices in providing affirming care to neurodivergent folks and clients (among many other topics).
