Lindley Cherry

Lindley is the owner of Therapist Learning Center and creator of the innovative Cherry Adult ADHD-Autism Diagnostic Interview (Cherry AADI). In addition to being the owner of Therapist Learning Center, Lindley is also the owner of C&C Betterworks Counseling, providing various services as a clinical counselor, coach, and supervisor. She is a part of the queer community, is super neuro-spicy with ADHD, and is currently obsessed with her dog and indoor plants.

Lindley is dedicated to embracing neurodiversity and promoting inclusivity. She specializes in adult ADHD and autism and enjoys training other practitioners in neuro-affirming care. She has taught multiple courses for counselor education programs across North Carolina.
Through Therapist Learning Center, Lindley works with mental health professionals to better support ADHD and autistic adults, addressing the widespread miseducation around scope of practice and ensuring more adults have access to accurate diagnosis and support. Her work represents a paradigm shift toward more inclusive, affirming assessment practices that honor all neurodivergent presentations.
